WWE is hoping to host traditional live arena shows with fans the night after WrestleMania 37

WWE is slated to leave the Amway Center next week after the Monday Night Raw episode and will need to find a new home for its ThunderDome shows.

It was previously reported that WWE was looking to move to the Tropicana Field in Tampa next month as its new home. It’s also been reported that WWE has something different planned for the 2021 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event as Vince McMahon wants to have fans in attendance for that show if possible.

WrestleVotes reported today that the newest plan is for WWE to indeed host weekly TV and PPV events at the Tropicana Field in mid-December through WrestleMania 37 season.

What’s even more interesting is the fact the company wants to start holding traditional live arena shows with fans against the night after WrestleMania 37. With the COVID-19 pandemic being so unpredictable, things can change one a moment’s notice.

“Newest plan now is to have ThunderDome shows at Tropicana Field in Tampa starting mid-December thru Mania season. Fans at the Royal Rumble still possible, potentially even at the Trop in TB. WWE is hoping to start traditional live arena shows w/ fans the night after WrestleMania.”
