Attitude Era

The Attitude Era was a period in the late 1990s and early 2000s in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) characterized by an edgier, more adult-oriented product. The era saw the introduction of a more controversial and rebellious style of storytelling, with a focus on provocative, controversial, and often times outrageous storylines and characters.
