WWE SmackDown Ratings: Viewers drop for New Year’s Day, wins key demo

The SmackDown Ratings are in for January 1, 2021.

This week’s show, which aired live from the ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL, drew an average of 1.915 according to a Fast Nationals report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is way down from the final rating of 3.303 million viewers they had on Christmas Day. Last night’s show won the night in the key 18-49 demographic.

The final ratings for WWE Friday Night SmackDown are scheduled to be released this coming Monday.

Hour 1: 1.996 (down from 4.097 last week)
Hour 2: 1.834 (down from 2.574 last week)

This week’s SmackDown, which featured Kevin Owens vs. Jey Uso, averaged a 0.50 rating among adults 18-49. This is way down from the 0.95 rating they had last week.
