WWE SmackDown Ratings: Overnight viewership above 2 million for a second week

The SmackDown Ratings are in for January 8, 2021.

This week’s show, which aired live from the ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL, drew an average of 2.003 according to a Fast Nationals report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is down from the final rating of 2.013 million viewers they had last week.  

The final ratings for WWE Friday Night SmackDown are scheduled to be released this coming Monday.

Hourly Breakdowns and Demographics for WWE SmackDown

Hour 1: 2.036 (up from 1.996 last week)
Hour 2: 1.969 (up from 1.834 last week)

This week’s SmackDown, which featured a No. 1 Contender’s Gauntlet Match, averaged a 0.50 rating among adults 18-49. This is the same rating they had last week.
