WWE referee Tom Castor reveals he tore his bicep, will require surgery

WWE referee Tom Castor revealed on Twitter that he tore his bicep while officiating the match between Io Shirai and Toni Storm on this past Wednesday’s episode of NXT.

Cast0r noted that he tore his bicep off the bone which will require surgery.  In the first part of this tweet, Caster indicated this would be his last match for the foreseeable future. 

During an NXT live show in Omaha, Nebraska back on April 25, 2019, Castor broke is ankle while officiating the main event between Velveteen Dream and Tyler Breeze.
