WWE held another virtual meeting with all employees this week

Last month top WWE executives took part in a “Town Hall” style meeting for employees.

It was reported at the time that the company was instituting a flexible work policy going forward. Basically, employees learned that they could come to the headquarters or remain at home to work.

Pwinsider.com reported that WWE held a company wide meeting Tuesday with all employees. Per the report, it was noted that the virtual meeting was held at WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT, which saw the majority of the gathering be done to welcome Nick Khan to the company. He joined WWE under the role of President and Chief Revenue Officer this past August.

Of course, Khan was a big player in WWE getting big money television rights deals for Raw on the USA Network and SmackDown moving to FOX. He replaced former co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson as they were let go this past January.

This latest meeting featured a small update on WWE’s new global headquarters where it was mentioned that it “is moving along slowly but surely”.

WWE is building the new headquarters at 677 Washington Blvd in Stamford, CT in order to house all of the company’s operations such as production studios and corporate offices.

Back in April due to the COVID-19 pandemic, WWE decided to defer spending on the new facility. They had leased the building for nearly 17 years before owning the property in July 2019. WWE plans to sell its current headquarters.
