WWE files for a new trademark for latest John Cena merchandise
Back on July 19, WWE filed to trademark “Earn The Day”, the new catchphrase for John Cena, which is also the name of the new merchandise released when he made his return at WWE Money In the Bank last Sunday night.
WWE recently announced The Summer of Cena, in which he will make appearances at 15 WWE events this Summer, leading up to the SummerSlam PPV on August 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The following use description was included with the USPTO (United States Patent & Trademark Office) filing:
“Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas; championship trophy belts”
