WWE Cancels Cody Rhodes Trademark Filing

WWE filed to cancel their trademark of ‘Cody Rhodes’ as they did so earlier this week. 

Rhodes has been fighting the company to get the trademark rights since earlier this year after they didn’t expire their original filing that dates back to 2009. 

It would seem he is now free and clear to pursue the trademark.
