WWE 24/7 Champion Bad Bunny wins his first-ever Grammy Award on Sunday
WWE took to Twitter on Sunday to announce that current WWE 24/7 Champion Bad Bunny won his first-ever Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop or Urban Album for “YHLQMDLG.”
“YHLQMDLG” is Bad Bunny’s third studio album. He performed the song “Dákiti” with Jhay Cortez on stage.
Bad Bunny, who beat out Camilo, Kany Garcia, Ricky Martin and Debi Nova, accepted the award outside the Staples Center, and thanked his fans for their support.
Bad Bunny made his first WWE appearance at this year’s Royal Rumble where performed his hit single “Booker T.”
We reported last month that Bad Bunny is spending time at the Performance Center in Orlando training for a proposed match against The Miz and/or John Morrison.
The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards aired earlier today live on CBS.
Damian Priest, who assisted Bad Bunny in winning the WWE 24/7 Championship back on the February 15 episode of Raw, took to Twitter to comment on Bad Bunny’s win, which you can check out below.
