Will HOOK leave AEW for WWE when contract expires?
[ad_1]
An AEW star is currently considering exploring his options once his contract expires this year.
Reports from Sescoops indicate that the star in question is none other than FTW Champion HOOK. He is currently in a partnership with Chris Jericho, but it seems like things may be heading towards a feud between the two. Interestingly, there are whispers that WWE might be interested in acquiring his talents. A source familiar with WWE’s recruitment approach mentioned, “I can see WWE definitely being interested in him.”
HOOK, who is the son of ECW legend and current AEW commentator Taz, made his debut in AEW in 2020. However, he didn’t step into the ring for his first match until 2021. Despite his limited experience, he has managed to make quite an impact in AEW. He has only suffered one defeat in a singles matchup, which was against Jack Perry. Nonetheless, he avenged that loss by defeating Perry at AEW All In London.
It will be interesting to see where HOOK’s career takes him next once his contract expires. Keep an eye out for updates!
