Von Wagner No Longer with WWE

Another name has been added to the list of WWE releases, as Von Wagner was let go by the company last week, according to a report from Fightful Select.

While his name didn’t initially come up alongside the others, the top NXT Superstar was reportedly part of the group of five talents that were let go last Friday.

Von Wagner had been a prominent figure on NXT television, often appearing alongside Robert Stone. He was involved in intricate storylines that delved into his childhood trauma and his connection to the Stone family.

Despite his recent appearances on NXT, Wagner had also been selected as part of the WWE Draft for the main roster just last year.

With his release, Von Wagner joins the ranks of Jinder Mahal, Indus Sher, Xia Li, and Xyon Quinn as the talent let go by WWE last week.
