Two Championship matches confirmed for WWE Day 1 PPV –

Two matches were confirmed for WWE Day 1 PPV earlier tonight on Friday Night Samckdown.

Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar at WWE DAY 1.
Roman had faced Sami Zayn in Smackdown’s main-event, where the winner would face Brock Lesnar at WWE Day 1 on January 1st, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia.  Reigns ended up defeating Sami Zayn in 16 seconds.

The Usos will defend their Smackdown tag team titles against Kofi Kingston & King Woods.
King Woods was up against Jay Uso on Smackdown.  Kofi came out with Woods to even things up.  Woods ended up winning the match by disqualification.
