Thanking Billy for the Opportunity

Velvet Sky’s journey with the NWA has officially come to a close. The former IMPACT Knockouts Champion shared the news in a heartfelt post on Twitter. In her message, she expressed her gratitude to NWA President Billy Corgan for the opportunity and to her colleagues Joe Galli and Tim Story for their support during her time with the commentary team.

“I am moving on from the @NWA. I want to thank Billy for believing in me and to everyone I had the pleasure of working with. It was truly a blast and I am so grateful for the guidance and knowledge I gained from Joe and Tim on commentary. I wish the NWA nothing but success in the future. Until we meet again,” Velvet Sky wrote.

Velvet Sky made her debut with the NWA in March of 2021 as part of the commentary team. In addition to her time with TNA, she has also seen success in other promotions such as wXw, WEW, UWA, and DPW. Fans can read Velvet Sky’s full Twitter post below:
