In an update from our previous report, WWE Superstar Sasha Banks says she is “good” after what looked to be a possible injury at the live event Sunday night in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
A video and photos from fans in attendance the show Banks landing awkwardly on a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, as her left knee appears to buckle. There is what then looked to be communication with the referee as he threw up the “x” sign. After the match ended with a quick finish, Banks was helped to the back by a referee and WWE ringside physician Dr. Chris Amann.
Banks was challenging Charlotte Flair for the Women’s SmackDown Championship.
