Nia Jax reportedly released from WWE for not being vaccinated against COVID-19 –
As Mike Tedesco stated in a previous report, in a trend that has become a hallmark of the Nick Khan WWE presidency era, several releases have been announced at the NXT and main WWE roster levels on Thursday.
According to the New York Post, a source with knowledge of WWE’s operations told The Post that one of the reasons Nia Jax was released is that she is unvaccinated.
Most of the NXT talents have 30-day non-compete clauses, which will allow them to work for any promotions starting December 4. The main roster talents that are under 90-day non-compete clauses will become free agents on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
