Kimber Lee’s hearing rescheduled for May 22

An update has arrived regarding the legal situation of Kimber Lee. The pre-trial hearing that was supposed to take place this morning with the former WWE NXT and Impact Wrestling star Kimberly Frankele, also known as Kimber Lee, before the Highlands County Court in Florida has been rescheduled until May 22, 2024.

Frankele was arrested on May 11, 2023 in Sebring, Florida on charges of DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. She pleaded not guilty to all the charges on July 7 after officially being charged on the same day. Frankele had previously decided to waive her right to a speedy trial.
