Sanga, one-half of the Indus Sher duo recently released by WWE, opened up about his feelings on the matter. Taking to social media on Saturday, Sanga expressed a sense of disappointment and heartache over the situation. In a heartfelt post, he emphasized the importance of viewership from their home country of India on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and television.

He shared his thoughts, stating, “There is a little pain in my heart. When it comes to viewership, you want viewership from our country India. Viewership on Facebook is needed from India. Viewership on YouTube is needed from India. Viewership on TV is needed from India, but when it comes to talent of India, they are not taking you forward. Whatever you are thinking, it is okay, creatives have their own way of working, but you should understand that we are saddened by the fact that our 1.4 billion people, like you, people like us, they want that their country India should have athletes who work at the international level, but you are not ready to give opportunities.”

In addition to Sanga, Veer and their manager Jinder Mahal were also among the five individuals released by WWE. Xyon Quinn and Xia Li were the other two cuts made by the organization on the same day.

Sanga’s message was one of positivity despite the circumstances, as he encouraged others to remain optimistic. He tweeted, “We are all always positive, and we expect everyone to be super positive. Jai Hind #proudtobeindian #thankyou” alongside a picture expressing gratitude.

Overall, Sanga’s words shed light on the challenges faced by Indian talent in the international wrestling scene and the desire for more opportunities to showcase their skills on a global platform. Despite the setback, his message of positivity and hope resonated with fans and followers, showcasing the resilience and determination of the Indus Sher duo.
