Impact Wrestling star will be a free agent soon

It’s been well documented that Impact Wrestling is in the middle of either re-signing talent or expecting the departures of several wrestlers.

The promotion has signed some stars, but there will be some leaving. Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the current belief is Ethan Page isn’t re-signing with the promotion.

Jake Crist took to his Twitter account in order to send out a meme noting that he’ll be a free agent on January 1st. His photo was featured in the meme.

This comes months after Dave Crist was release from the promotion after allegations were made against him during the #SpeakingOut movement.

This led to the tag team being broken up and Jake hasn’t been used much on television since then. In fact, his most recent match happened when he beat Crazzy Steve back in September. It will be interesting to see where he goes next as there have been no reports about his future.

It should be noted that Crist did retweet this message from a fan encouraging the promotion to sign him to a new deal:
