Former WWE NXT Superstar reacts to fans chanting for him during AEW Dynamite –

During Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite, the fans at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio chanted “Johnny Wrestling” numerous times throughout the night, in reference to former WWE NXT Superstar Johnny Gargano.

Johnny Wrestling is an in-ring name Gargano used on the independent scene.

The 34 year-old Gargano became a free agent in December 2021. He has previously said that he is taking a break from the ring. There has been speculation that Gargano could end up in AEW.

Gargano and his real-life wife Candice LeRae, are expecting their first child next month.

Gargano, who is originally from Cleveland, took to Twitter (see below) to react to the chants.
