Former ECW and WCW stars appear –

AEW taped several matches for next Monday’s AEW Dark: Elevation before Dynamite went live on the air from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA.

The most notable part of the taping was former ECW star Blue Meanie and former WCW star Crowbar making surprise appearances during the tapings.

Crowbar, accompanied by Blue Meanie, wrestled against Joey Janela in singles competition. Janela picked up the victory.

Pre-Match: Janela did an anti-Philadelphia promo, bad mouthing hardcore wrestling and Ben Simmons for leaving the Sixers. When Janela tried to leave the arena before the match, Blue Meanie forced him to get back to the ring.

Also Jerry Lynn, Taz, Dean Malenko and Chris Jericho addressed the fans after the tapings for Friday’s AEW Rampage.
