“All Ego” Ethan Page recently had an in-depth interview with Jackson Bragman on the Bragman Breakdown, where they delved into all things related to pro wrestling.

During their conversation, the talented AEW and ROH star opened up about his decision to transition from AEW to ROH, as well as his experiences working alongside Matt Hardy and more.

Here are some of the key highlights from the interview, where Ethan Page shared his thoughts on these topics:

Reflecting on his choice to move to ROH: Ethan explained, “It was a pivotal moment for me when I was teaming up with the Hardy Boys. It felt like a dream come true to be a part of that dynamic. However, despite the exciting opportunities, I realized that I wasn’t getting the consistent push I needed. We had pitched the idea of being the Moan Event, but unfortunately, things didn’t pan out as we had hoped. The storyline with Matt Hardy took an unexpected turn, and it left some loose ends that didn’t sit well with the audience. I didn’t want to become just another background character on the show. I knew that if I stayed on this path, I would be stuck in a rut. Learning from legends like Matt and Jeff was invaluable, but I didn’t want to remain stagnant in my career.”

Recalling his time working alongside Matt Hardy: Ethan shared, “It was a surreal experience to work closely with Matt Hardy. Despite the immense talent and the story we were telling, it felt like we were constantly in the background. We poured our hearts into the storyline on shows like Dark Elevation, but it seemed like we never got the opportunity to truly shine. The fans were invested in our narrative, but it felt like we were hitting a ceiling. The compound match was meant to be the climax of our storyline, but it felt like we were stuck in a loop, unable to progress to the next chapter.”
