EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM) – The Eureka High School Girl’s Wrestling squad didn’t let the COVID-19 pandemic have an effect on the group’s fundraising efforts.

On November 14, roughly 20 wrestlers took to the streets of Eureka to wash up the neighborhood. Part of the annual trash pickup, the group collected over two thousand items of rubbish. The occasion raised cash for the group with the sponsorship of 25 companies.

Last yr, the group accomplished a three-peat as H-DNL District Champions and positioned third within the NCS Section Championships. The Loggers wish to proceed that success this season.
