Brodie Lee Tribute show on Dynamite, New Year’s Smash to take place first two weeks in January
AEW CEO and President Tony Khan has announced that this Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite will be a tribute show to Brodie Lee (real name Jon Huber) who passed away this past Saturday, at the age of 41.
Khan announced via Twitter on Monday that this Wednesday’s show will be a celebration of life for Jon Huber with a show includes tributes and a special card of matches dedicated to Huber.
Khan noted in a second Twitter post that New Year’s Smash will now take place on January 6 and 13.
The full card for Wednesday’s show is below:
– Cody Rhodes and Orange Cassidy and 10 of The Dark Order vs. Team Taz
– The Young Bucks and Colt Cabana vs. Matt Hardy and Private Party
– “Hangman” Adam Page, John Silver and Alex Reynolds of The Dark Order vs. MJF, Santana and Ortiz
– Anna Jay of The Dark Order and Tay Conti vs. Dr. Britt Baker and Penelope Ford
– Lance Archer and Evil Uno and Stu Grayson of The Dark Order vs. Eddie Kingston and The Butcher and The Blade
