WWE Superstar Bayley underwent surgery on Thursday to repair her torn ACL.
Bayley, in her heel character, took to Twitter and posted a photo noting that she blamed the fans. She is expected to be out of action for about 9 months.
WWE announced last Friday hours before SmackDown that Bayley had sustained an injury while training at the Performance Center for what was to be an “I Quit” Match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Title at the Money in the Bank PPV.
The title match was canceled, and now Bianca Belair will defend the SmackDown Women’s Title against Carmella on tonight’s live episode of SmackDown from Houston, Texas.
