WATCH: Trailer for “Straight Up Steve Austin” season 2 released
The official trailer for the second season of Steve Austin’s show ‘Straight Up Steve Austin’ has been released.
The first season premiered on August 12, 2019, and featured guests such as Trace Adkins, NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr., comedian Gabriel Iglesias, WWE Superstar Becky Lynch, NFL Quarterback Baker Mayfield, actor and retired United States Marine Corps Reserve officer Rob Riggle, and star of “Impractical Jokers” Sal Vulcano.
The USA Network announced that it had renewed the show for a second season back in January.
The USA Network has released the trailer for the upcoming season on its YouTube channel. It’s currently unlisted so while fans can watch it, the company may make it private until they officially announce the premiere date. Either way, an announcement is expected to be made soon.
The synopsis of the season reads like, “In the series, WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and a celebrity guest get real, heading out to different cities across America to take part in one-of-a-kind adventures, while swapping stories about their lives and careers. It’s a unique twist on the standard interview show, with no studio, no couch and no cue cards — just a straight up good time and good old-fashioned American fun. Second season guests include Bert Kreischer, Brett Favre, Charlotte Flair, Ice-T, Luke Combs, Joel McHale, Steve-O and Tiffany Haddish.”
It’ll premiere Monday, January 11, 2021 at 11pm ET/PT right after Raw. You can watch the trailer by clicking on the player below:
