As many of you know by now, Mercedes Martinez was an original member of the RETRIBUTION faction, using the ring name Retaliation. Early last month, she was quietly pulled from the group and hasn’t been seen since. According to a report from Fightful, Martinez was removed from the group because she asked to be.

As of this writing, there are no plans for another female member to be added. Several NXT names were tossed around as her replacement but WWE is sticking with the group as it is for now.
