United Kingdom promotion REV Pro has announced their British Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter has vacated the title, because she was offered a tryout with WWE for NXT UK.
Hayter was scheduled to defend against Skye Smitson at the event. Smitson is also she is getting a tryout with WWE for NXT UK as well.
The 26-year-old Hayter has been with RevPro since 2015. She made a previous appearance for NXT UKast January. She also appeared on two AEW Dynamite shows in 2019.
The 30-year-old Smitson has been a professional wrestler since 2016.
Former champions Zoe Lucas and Gisele Shaw will wrestle at July 4 London Cockpit event to crown a new British Women’s Champion. Hayter defeated had Shaw for the title back on February 7.
The Vacant Undisputed British Women’s Championship will be decided when two former champions collide.
