Paul Heyman on Undertaker’s legacy: “a storied career, perhaps the greatest career in the history of WWE”

Paul Heyman has always been a big fan of The Undertaker due to their history that goes back decades including when they both worked in WCW.

The Advocate of Brock Lesnar who is currently paired with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns spoke with TalkSport to promote Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view event.

During it, he was asked about the legacy of the future WWE Hall of Famer.

“The legacy of The Undertaker to me is the fact that for 30 years, at a level few could ever achieve, The Undertaker over-delivered on every performance he brought fourth to the WWE Universe,” Heyman stated. “A storied career, perhaps the greatest career in the history of WWE.”

Heyman continued by noting that no part of it is as compelling as the character behind the scenes as the man who never complained about suffering through pain or went public about it. Heyman thinks that he understood that was the sacrifice that was necessary for a man that size to put on those performances.

Heyman also talked about Brock Lesnar’s future, Drew McIntyre, and more. The full interview can be found here.
