Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.
Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.
With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.
MONDAY NIGHT RAW
- Asuka, Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose defeated Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Lana by submission.
- The New Day retained the Raw Tag Team Championship over The Hurt Business by pinfall.
- RETRIBUTION defeated Keith Lee, Sheamus, Braun Strowman & Riddle by pinfall.
- Bray Wyatt defeated The Miz by pinfall.
- Drew McIntyre defeated Randy Orton by pinfall to win the WWE Championship over
NXT
- Leon Ruff beat Johnny Gargano by disqualification when Damian Priest punched Ruff. This allowed Ruff to retain the NXT North American Championship, on purpose, which Gargano tried to argue against.
- The Blindfold Match of Dexter Lumis vs Cameron Grimes ended with Grimes running away.
- Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell defeated Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter by pinfall
- Kushida defeated Arturo Ruas by submission.
- Ember Moon and Toni Storm defeated Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez by pinfall. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell attacked Moon and Storm after the match and teamed with Kai and Gonzalez to beat them down.
- Timothy Thatcher defeated August Grey by submission. Tommaso Ciampa came out after the match to stop Thatcher from continuing to have his hold on Grey. Thatcher told Ciampa he has no problem with him and walked away.
- Johnny Gargano jumped Damian Priest from behind. Leon Ruff inserted himself into the fight and accidentally kicked Priest, leading to all three at odds with each other.
- Boa told William Regal that he’s sorry and that “she’s coming.” The man from last week is Shifu, or “master”.
- Io Shirai retained the NXT Women’s Championship over Rhea Ripley by pinfall.
- Finn Balor’s promo was interrupted by Pat McAfee’s group. The Undisputed ERA then attacked McAfee and his guys.
MAIN EVENT
- Humberto Carrillo defeated Akira Tozawa by pinfall
- Angel Garza defeated Lince Dorado by pinfall.
NXT UK
- Joe Coffey defeated Sam Gradwell by pinfall.
- Sid Scala announced that defenses of Jordan Devlin’s NXT Cruiserweight Championship have been sanctioned. Kenny Williams and Amir Jordan walked up to them and put their names in the hat as challengers.
- Alexander Wolfe was annoyed by Gallus celebrating Joe Coffey’s win. They traded verbal barbs and Coffey challenged Wolfe to a fight.
- Pretty Deadly defeated Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter by pinfall.
- South Wales Subculture vented about The Hunt and Eddie Dennis.
- A video package highlighted Rampage Brown.
- Saxon Huxley defeated Levi Muir by pinfall
- Falls Count Anywhere Match: Kay Lee Ray defeated Piper Niven to retain the NXT UK Women’s Championship with some help from Jinny.
FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN
- The New Day and The Street Profits defeated King Corbin, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode by pinfall.
- Otis was named the final member of the men’s team for SmackDown.
- Natalya defeated Tamina by submission to earn a spot on Team SmackDown, which also will include Bayley.
- Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns had a contract signing.
- Murphy defeated Seth Rollins by pinfall.
- Asuka and Sasha Banks had a promo hyping their match on Sunday. Carmella then attacked Banks.
- Daniel Bryan defeated Jey Uso by pinfall.

- The Bollywood Boyz defeated Ever-Rise by pinfall
- Ashante “Thee” Adonis defeated Tony Nese by pinfall
