Big changes expected, WWE management not happy with record low Raw rating
It looks like some big changes could be coming to WWE as a result of the record low Monday Night Raw viewership.
As it was noted earlier, AEW Dynamite’s key demo rating beat all three hours of this week’s WWE Raw key demo. Some of that was because of the Monday Night Football game and news coverage but a lot of the blame lays on the creative end of things in WWE.
WrestleVotes is reporting that the record low Raw rating is not sitting well with people in management and reactionary decisions are expected to be made. Several months ago, the reactionary decisions that were made were to release Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman as Executive Directors from their respective brands.
It will be interesting to see what decisions are made this time. The next couple of episodes of Raw and SmackDown will be interesting to watch just to see if there are any changes made to the format of those shows.
Talking a source just now who said the record low RAW rating news isn’t “sitting well” with those in power. To a point where they expect some reactionary decisions to be made. Time will tell.
