Backstage News On Why Bruce Prichard Is Allowed To Keep His Podcast

As many of you know by now, WWE has a new policy against third party partnerships. That has resulted in multiple wrestlers being forced to sign over their Twitch and Cameo accounts. Many fans have questioned why Bruce Prichard is still able to keep his ‘Something to Wrestle’ podcast. The situation with Prichard is that he’s considered an ’employee’ while the wrestlers are labeled as ‘independent contractors’.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Prichard is able to keep his podcast because it is part of his contract. Upon returning to WWE several years ago, Prichard told Vince McMahon he wanted to keep the podcast, and Vince approved it but told him he couldn’t talk about anything current WWE.
