Pat Buck, the Vice President of Talent Development at AEW, is gearing up for a challenge as he is set to compete for the prestigious NWA World’s Heavyweight Title. This upcoming showdown is scheduled to take place at a WrestlePro event, a promotion that Buck happens to own.

WrestlePro recently made the exciting announcement that Buck will be facing off against the current NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion, EC3, at their event on Sunday, October 22. The venue for this thrilling encounter is the Rahway Recreation Center in Rahway, NJ. Fans can already secure their tickets for this event, with prices ranging from $30 to $60.

Apart from the intense battle between Buck and EC3, the WrestlePro show will also feature another high-stakes match. AEW’s Vice President of Show & Creative Coordination, QT Marshall, will be putting his AAA Latin American Title on the line against Gringo Loco.

Additionally, the annual On The Spot Title Shot Rumble is set to be the main event of the WrestlePro afternoon show on October 22. While the participants for this action-packed match have not been revealed yet, it is confirmed that there will be 30 entrants vying for the title shot.

EC3’s reign as the NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion began when he emerged victorious in a Bullrope Match against Tyrus at Night Two of the NWA 75th Anniversary show on August 27. On the other hand, Marshall clinched the vacant AAA Latin American Title on August 12 by triumphing in a Fatal 4 Way match against Dralistico, Texano Jr., and Pentagon Jr.
