AEW unveils new Women’s Title Design on last night’s Special Dynamite
During last night’s special episode of Friday Night Dynamite live on TNT, a new Women’s Championship design was unveiled.
The updated design is slightly larger in size and features more gold and jewels. The new design also has two side plates as opposed to the previous title, which had three. This is the first time AEW has changed the design for the Women’s Championship.
Current Champion Hikaru Shida was presented with the new title during last night’s show celebrating her 377 days as champion. Dr. Britt Baker then came out to interrupt the new unveiling, proclaiming she will be “the face of a whole new era” after she beats Shida this Sunday at Double or Nothing.
Hikaru Shida will defend the AEW Women’s Championship against Baker at tomorrow night’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view, live from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL.
