AEW Grand Slam episode of Rampage to be two hours, Updated Card –
Next week’s Grand Slam episode from Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, NY will be a special two-hour episode, and feature CM Punk with his first television match in over seven years.
Punk will square off with Powerhouse Hobbs of Team Taz. The match was made on during Wednesday night’s episode of Dynamite after Punk was attacked at the commentary table by Hobbs and Hook.
Punk’s last match on cable television was on the January 20, 2014 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, against Billy Gunn, in which Punk won.
Next week’s Rampage will be taped next Wednesday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium following Dynamite, and is expected to be the largest crowd in the AEW’s history with over 18,000.
Below is the current card for the Friday, September 24 episode Rampage, which will air on TNT, beginning at 10:00 pm ET.
