AEW announces Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament featuring 16 women
AEW announced on last night’s show there will be a Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament featuring 16 women. The tournament will be a single elimination tournament.
The winner will become the number one contender for the AEW Women’s Championship currently held by Hikaru Shida, who has held the title for 244 days as of this report.
AEW did not indicate when the tournament would begin, or who the 16 women taking part in the tournament.
